According to the number of cup of coffee (for 4 persons, max-300 ml.), put sufficient quantity of cold water, Turkish coffee and sugar into your Turkish Coffee Maker. Place the appliance onto the power base unit and switch on. At operation time mix your coffee continuously for mixing well. When the coffee starts bloating out, turn off the appliance and pour a little coffee into the cups (for foam). Replace your appliance onto the power base unit and SAFETY CUT-OFF DEVICE Protection against running dry: If your coffee maker ever runs dry while operating, a protection against running dry will cut off the power automatically. CLEANING AND CARE Before cleaning turn off the on/off switch “0” located on your coffee maker, unplug from outlet, and allow it to cool down.
